What an amazing Sunday... we had 174! That is larger than our Christmas crowd and the largest since launch day. We have now had almost 80 visitors in 4 weeks and the church is rolling. People's lives are changing and God is all over the place. This weekend is the beginning of an awesome new series called "Why" and we are going to talk about great principles around dating, marriage, and love. This series will affect everyone... I guarantee it!
Youth night tonight and tomorrow, Jacob and I get to visit a mega church down in Ft. Lauderdale that is mentoring us. We are blessed for the relationship with Flamingo Road.
See you Sunday!

Getting Ready for Sunday

It has been a good week and we are getting ready to have a good message on the dreams we have for our lives. We had a great time at Winter Jam last Friday. We took 28 people. There were six bands and we had 7 commitments to Christ that night! Check out the attached picture of Stephen Curtis Chapman as he spoke to the pastors that night. The youth ate some seriously nasty stuff on Wednesday night as a part of our Fear Factor eating challenge. That group is growing!
See you Sunday,
Pastor Gary

Wow! Great having visitors!

We have had over 40 visitors at New Walk in 2 weeks. Some churches don't get that in a year!! You all are inviting people and many of them are loving their uplifting experience.
We are working hard this week to make some sound improvements to the stage. It may take us a couple weeks but we will get it done! It will cut down on a bunch of noise in the building.
I am taking down my Christmas lights today and Brooke (my 2-year old) is helping me. Headed to Camp Meeting tonight for a continuation of our week long preacher's revival.
See you soon!!
